Overview

I had nothing to do so I went to the vegetable market for a while. I saw that the pig's heart was very fresh and bought one. I also bought some green and red peppers and made a plate of fried pig's hearts with two peppers. It tastes pretty good and can be eaten with wine or rice

  5. Cut green onions into sections, slice ginger, slice garlic, and cut dried chilies into sections

  6. Heat a pot, add cooking oil, sauté onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili until fragrant, add pig heart and stir-fry
