Stir-fried pork heart with double peppers
Overview
I had nothing to do so I went to the vegetable market for a while. I saw that the pig's heart was very fresh and bought one. I also bought some green and red peppers and made a plate of fried pig's hearts with two peppers. It tastes pretty good and can be eaten with wine or rice

Blanch pig heart to remove blood clots

Pork heart cut into thin slices

Green and red peppers cut into diagonal rings

Cut green onions into sections, slice ginger, slice garlic, and cut dried chilies into sections

Heat a pot, add cooking oil, sauté onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili until fragrant, add pig heart and stir-fry

Stir-fry for a few times, add cooking wine, stir-fry with appropriate amount of salt, add green and red peppers and stir-fry for a few minutes
