Cut garlic sprouts and red pepper into sections.

Wash the soybean sprouts and drain them.

Choose the spinach, wash it, drain it, rinse it in cold water and then take it out.

Cut into sections and squeeze out excess water.

Heat a pot and add a little oil, add garlic sprouts and red pepper and saute until fragrant, then add soybean sprouts and stir-fry for a while, continue to add spinach and stir-fry, add salt and five-spice powder to taste, mix well.
