Overview
My daughter and I especially like to eat bread, and we usually make it two or three times a week. This time I put three kinds of fillings into the small meal buns I made to satisfy everyone's different tastes.

Put the main ingredients into the bread bucket

Knead the dough for a few minutes and then ferment it

Tear the risen dough into small pieces, add salt, sugar and butter diagonally and knead again for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes, the dough will be very smooth and you can pull out the film

Prepare 3 kinds of fillings, bean paste, purple sweet potato, and meat floss

Divide the dough into 9 even portions and rest for 15 minutes
