Pavlova Pavlova cake
Overview
Pavlova comes from Australia, her Chinese name is whipped meringue cake, and her English name PAVLOVA commemorates a Russian dancer. To be precise, this is not a cake in the full sense. The taste is also very special, and the shell feels hard. The inside is soft and has the texture of marshmallow.
