Sesame paste cold noodles
Overview
It’s hot, these dog days! What do you think of a plate of cold noodles like this? This is lunch for me and my baby, just a bowl of winter melon soup, simple and refreshing. To enrich the ingredients, I added some vegetables. So it takes a little longer to make than other noodles, but it tastes delicious. The sesame sauce is fragrant, the fresh vegetables are crispy, and the noodles are not sticky at all. Because the winter melon soup is made first and served with cold noodles, it feels cool and not hot, which makes it more comfortable.
