Overview

Prepare the ingredients.

Add water, green onion, ginger and cooking wine to blanch the pork ribs.

Wash off the blood foam with warm water and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices, and stir-fry the ribs for a few dozen seconds until the surface of the ribs turns slightly yellow.
