Fragrant and spicy chili oil
Overview
Finally made fragrant and spicy chili oil! Both my husband and son said it was delicious and fragrant this time! Since I only had black sesame seeds at home, I just put them in. But it’s not as beautiful as white sesame seeds. I’ll improve it next time to make the chili oil even better. Thanks to the old Chongqing chili oil poster for his wonderful sharing. Cut the peppers into short lengths and grind them in a food processor

Fry the peanuts and grind into powder in a food processor

Pour the salt, ground peanuts, and black sesame seeds into the pot containing the chili noodles and stir evenly

Heat oil in a pan, turn down the heat, pour in all the spices and fry over low heat for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool for 3 hours.

Heat the oil to level 7 again, pour half of the heated oil into the mixed chili pot, and pour the oil while stirring. After stirring evenly, pour in the remaining half of the oil and stir.
