Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and steam them in a pot.

Mash the sweet potatoes with a spoon.

Mix tapioca starch, sugar, and boiling water into a fluffy consistency. Knead different colors of sweet potato puree into strips and cut into cubes.

Boil red bean soup in a pot, add rock sugar and cook for about 45 minutes.

Add the prepared taro balls into the red bean soup and cook for another 5 or 6 minutes before serving.
