Wontons
Overview
Chaos, also called clear soup, I like to eat Chaos very much. Every time I go out for breakfast, if I have time, I eat Chaos. I think about making it myself, and it is quite successful. I have made it several times, and my husband and baby also like it very much. There were a few times when my husband got up every morning and cooked Chaos to eat. I asked why I didn’t eat steamed buns. (I also made the steamed buns.) My husband said that the Chaos you made were delicious. My daughter said, Dad, you ate the Chaos, so I didn’t eat them

Ingredients
Steps
-
Half a pound of minced meat (you can add a little fat and minced together), add an egg and mix well
-
Add a small spoonful of salt and mix well
-
Add appropriate amount of cornstarch and mix well
-
Wrap appropriate amount of minced meat in wonton wrappers
-
Pinch it in the middle (use a little force, no need to add water, the wonton skin is very thin and easy to stick)
-
Continue to make the next one, (it’s still very fast to make wontons this way)
-
Wrap 187 Chaos, put them in the refrigerator for a few hours, wrap them in zip-keeping bags, put them in the freezer, and take them as you go
-
Put the seasonings in a bowl: salt, monosodium glutamate, shrimp, seaweed, green onions, a small amount of light soy sauce
-
Boil water, add wontons and cook until they float. Remove to a bowl, stir, and serve
