  2. Debone the chicken legs, cut into sections and set aside;

  3. Pour all contents of the marinade into a small dish;

  4. Stir the marinade thoroughly and apply evenly to the skin side of the chicken legs;

  5. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 day;

  6. After marinating, bring to room temperature and bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for about 10 minutes;

  7. Cut the roasted chicken into easy-to-eat sizes, heat and condense the juices left on the baking sheet and pour it over the chicken. The dish is also served with asparagus and red leaf lettuce.
