Apple Chicken Soup
Overview
Usually apples are cooked with white fungus in sweet soup. I saw Teacher Mei using it to stew chicken, so I learned how to make it. It was pretty good and my daughter liked it very much. 600 grams of chicken, 250 grams of apples, 4 red dates, appropriate amount of ginger and green onion, and appropriate amount of salt.
