Main ingredients. Chop the garlic, pepper, ginger, celery and winter vegetables into puree.

Remove the head, tail, fins and bones of the tofu fish, then mix well with half a tablespoon of fish sauce and a little MSG and marinate for 10 minutes. For bone removal, you can refer to my previous recipe "Gillette Tofu Fish". Bone removal is just to make it easier to eat. If you can't remove the bones and marinate it, you can marinate it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Put minced garlic, minced winter vegetables, minced chili pepper and minced ginger in a bowl, add a little MSG, a little pepper, half a spoon of chicken powder, a few sugars, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 spoon of oil, 1 spoon of starch, mix well and add a little water.

Arrange the tofu in two pieces on a plate (as in the main ingredients). Sprinkle the tofu with a little salt after placing on the plate, and then place the tofu fish on top. Place the tofu fish overlapping half a piece in the middle.

Evenly top with winter cabbage puree, etc., and sprinkle with a little cornstarch.

After the water boils, steam it in a pot.

Steam over high heat for 8 minutes. If the bones are not removed and cut into sections, it will take 8 minutes to steam.

After steaming, pour out the fish soup.

Sprinkle the celery beads and drizzle with hot oil. You can use a spoon to fill the hot oil with the celery beads and pour it over the fish. This dish can be made without drizzling hot oil.
