Colorful pepper shrimp balls
Overview
Last week, a friend gave me a bag of shrimp balls, which looked like crayfish meat. I remember telling a friend before that I don’t like eating that kind of crayfish, and I always think it’s not very palatable. I didn't expect my friend to be so thoughtful and even peeled it and delivered it to me. This morning I paired it with fried bell peppers, just in time to serve with my family's porridge.
