Minced garlic pumpkin
Overview
All parts of the pumpkin can be used for cooking and making snacks. Pumpkin leaves and flowers can be used for cooking, and pumpkin seeds can be fried for snacks. Small pumpkins have the tenderness of small pumpkins, and old pumpkins have the softness of old pumpkins. I happen to have a few small pumpkins that have just been picked at home, so let’s make a small garlic pumpkin for lunch!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare three small pumpkins. These are pumpkins grown in my own vegetable garden and picked before they are ripe.
-
The small pumpkins do not need to be peeled (peeled), because they are small pumpkins at the end of the season and are covered with soil, so I tidied up the small pumpkins with soil. Cut as shown in the picture and set aside.
-
Prepare a little fat
-
Chop the garlic into fine pieces.
-
First fry the fat meat to remove the oil and remove the remaining oil residue.
-
Pour in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
-
Pour in pumpkin.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt.
-
Add a little oyster sauce.
-
OK! The garlic pumpkin is ripe. The fresh little pumpkins are delicious! Dear friends, please try it quickly!
