Delicious breakfast—dumplings
Overview
If you have no appetite in summer, get up early in the morning to buy meat and make dumplings. There is a diabetic in the family, one has had his gallbladder removed, one is a child, and one has just undergone surgery. Dumplings are perfect for us. The dumplings I made were filled with more vegetables and less meat.

Why didn’t I take photos of cutting the meat and leeks? There wasn’t enough time in the morning. This is chopped leeks and stir-fried minced meat. In summer, I didn't squeeze the water out of the leeks with salt, and the leeks were already very dry. Breakfast is freshly made and eaten, and there is not much filling for the dumplings.

Sprinkle in salt, thirteen spices, pepper and oil. I also took a picture of my spice spoon.
-
Stir clockwise until evenly mixed.

Hold the dough sheet in your left hand, place the dumpling filling on the dough, try to place it in the middle, and then apply a little water around the dumpling wrapper to make it more sticky. Why did I have no hands to take a picture of how it was wrapped? Please take a look at the pictures later.
