Steamed eggs with assorted mushrooms

This is a spicy dish and takes time to prepare. A lot of mushrooms were used, so they should be quite nutritious.

Prepare all ingredients

Cut the vegetables into sections; slice the carrots, crab mushrooms, etc.

Put all the fungi in a pot of water with cut carrot slices, add bay leaves and cook for more than an hour (original post 3 hours)
