  1. Soak seaweed in water for ten minutes (drain and set aside)

  2. Soak the dried shrimps in water and wash them to remove impurities (remove them and set aside)

  3. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl (mix well and set aside)

  4. Put a little oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, put the dried shrimps into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant

  5. Fry the shrimp until fragrant, add hot water, bring to a boil over high heat and add seaweed

  6. After boiling again, slowly beat the egg liquid into the pot for a few seconds and then form into egg droplets

  7. Add white pepper and salt to taste
