Cut the pork tenderloin into thicker shreds, add grated ginger, salt, soy sauce, light soy sauce, light soy sauce, and paprika noodles.

Sprinkle cumin powder and paprika coarsely.

Stir evenly and let it sit for 10-15 minutes (you can drizzle a little oil at the end)

Pour the pork tenderloin into the hot pan while it is cold.

Stir-fry quickly over high heat (if you can stir the pot, try to stir-fry)
