I like to eat some cereals, so today I tried low-gluten flour + peanut flour to make a scallion oil biscuit.

  1. Stir all ingredients together.

  3. After fermentation is completed, roll it out into a biscuit shape and use a fork to make 3-4 rows of holes in the biscuit.
