Wash the cowpeas and cut into small pieces with a knife.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Heat oil in a pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until the fat is released. Add onion and red pepper shreds and sauté until fragrant.

Then add the cowpeas and fry until raw.

Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt and five-spice powder, a little sugar to enhance the freshness, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Drain the water and collect the juice. Remove from the pot.
