Overview
Stir-fried diced chicken with cashew nuts is a very classic dish. Cashew nuts and diced chicken are the main ingredients. I specially added some colorful peppers to add color, which enhances the visual and taste a lot. Because this dish is rich in color combinations and various ingredients, it was given an apt name - Jinyu Mantang, which brings good luck to the festival.

Peel chicken thighs and remove bones.
