Don't ask me why Shenma is not the green and red pepper fried squid, hahahaha! Because I had two leftover red capsaicin from making spicy boiled beef two days ago! It’s easy to make and tastes pretty good! Do you like it too?

  1. Get your materials ready! Cut the squid into cubes and cut the red pepper into cubes. If you don’t want it to be too spicy, just remove the seeds like I did! Then chop the garlic and ginger!

  7. Finally, add some chicken essence. This is to enhance the freshness. In fact, you don’t need to add it. Add a little water starch to thicken the gravy and let it reduce the juice over high heat!
