  1. Prepare ingredients: rice noodles, cut green onions into sections, wash bean sprouts

  2. Heat the pan without adding oil, and stir-fry the rice noodles until fragrant (mine is a non-stick pan, if it is not a non-stick pan, you may need to add oil)

  3. As shown in the picture, the rice noodles have been fried until fragrant. Dish them out and set aside

  4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic until fragrant

  5. Add bean sprouts and sauté green onions until soft

  6. Return the fried rice noodles to the pot, add a little soy sauce and stir-fry evenly over high heat
