  3. Chop onion, ginger and garlic

  4. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, cornstarch, and a little water to make a sauce

  5. Pour broccoli into boiling water, blanch and remove

  6. Pour a little oil into the wok and heat it

  7. Pour in the sauce and bring to a boil
