Minion Donuts
Overview
Soy milk can also be used to mix dough and make bagels. If you don’t want to use dye, just turn the Minion’s jeans into coffee pants

Steps
-
Add yeast powder to soy milk, high-gluten flour, sugar and salt that have been cooled to room temperature. Put it into the inner barrel of the bread machine to start the dough mixing process
-
Ferment until doubled in size. The soy milk must be cooled to the point where it is slightly cool to the touch, otherwise it will affect the activity of the yeast
-
Knead the air thoroughly and let it sit for about 20 minutes
-
Roll out into a 5mm thick sheet and use a mold to cut out the shape
-
Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, leaving a little space in between. Try to keep the shape the same
-
Put it into the oven and let it ferment at room temperature or under the fermentation function until it doubles in size
-
Heat oil in a pan until it reaches about 150 degrees. Carefully put the secondary fermented bagels into the oil and fry, turning over halfway through. The small oil pan I use consumes less oil, but I can only fry two at the same time
-
Remove and place on absorbent paper to cool. At this time, you can eat it directly or decorate it on the surface
-
While it is cooling, melt an appropriate amount of chocolate over water. The lemon flavored chocolate I used can also be mixed with white chocolate and a drop of yellow food coloring
-
Spread on donuts and leave to set
-
Put the dark chocolate melted in water into a piping bag with a cutout, and draw overalls, glasses frames, etc.
