Steamed clams

I bought some clams without sand. My son wants to eat them steamed with prepared seafood dipping sauce. They are delicious and tempting 😍😋

Rinse an appropriate amount of clams without sand.

Just the right amount of salt.

A little cooking oil.

Let sit for thirty minutes. (The seller said the clams were sand-free. I was worried, so I let the clams spit out the sand. Sure enough, they spit out some dirty stuff again. Rinse them under running water.)

Bring enough water to a boil in the pot, put the clams on the drawer, and steam over high heat for 5 minutes.

Onions, ginger, garlic, millet pepper, chives, and coriander are ready.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, (I don't like seafood soy sauce,) mature vinegar, mix well.

The steamed clams opened their mouths and were put on the plate. Eat it with dipping sauce, it’s fresh and tempting 😍😋
