Refined shrimp soup: stir-fry sweet shrimp shells, 1/4 shredded onions, add boiling water and simmer

Marinate salmon: marinate with olive oil, rosemary, salt and black pepper for 15 minutes and cut into about 1cm thick slices

Fry the rice with appropriate amount of olive oil, then pour in a little shrimp soup and mix well

Take out the fried rice and add the blanched sweet shrimps and appropriate amount of white sesame seeds and mix well

Add appropriate amount of grated cheese and mix well, then pour in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and a little salt to taste

Place raw salmon slices on top of the rice and sear with a flamethrower until half-cooked

Sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper to taste

Spread the remaining shredded onions and coriander, and finally sprinkle with caviar to garnish
