Beef, celery and egg fried rice
Overview
I fried a plate of shredded beef, but I didn't finish it. I still had some leftover rice lying in the refrigerator, as well as the spicy black bean sauce I cooked myself. I added some celery cubes and a plate of eggs to make a deluxe version of egg fried rice. It's salty and slightly spicy, which will whet your appetite!

Prepare the ingredients.

Celery, cut beef into small pieces,

Boil the water, add some salt, blanch the celery in the boiling water until it changes color, remove and drain.

Heat the oil in a hot pan and break in the eggs first.

After the egg liquid has solidified, add celery cubes.

Stir-fry for ten seconds, and the eggs are also fried into small pieces.

Add rice, beef.

Stir-fry over medium-low heat and crush the rice with a spatula.

Add spicy tempeh and a little light soy sauce.

Stir-fry again over high heat evenly.
