Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pot, add the cut beans and stir-fry over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the beans become wrinkled.

Add another 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pot and fry the potato strips until golden brown.

Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper, corn starch into a bowl, add water to fill the bowl halfway, mix well and set aside.

In the remaining oil in the pot, sauté the minced garlic and millet until fragrant.

Add beans and potatoes, pour in the sauce, and stir-fry over high heat to reduce the juice.
