Marinate pork shreds: 3g salt, 1 spoon cooking wine, 1 spoon light soy sauce, 3g pepper.

Cut the cilantro and spread on the bottom of the dish.

Heat the oil to 50% to 60% and fry the chili shreds until crispy, remove and set aside.

Fry the shredded pork in a wide amount of oil until it changes colour.

Add a little bit of dark soy sauce and fry until golden brown.

Spread the shredded pork on top of the coriander.

Add chili shreds and finish.
