Cut the tenderloin into about 3 mm, marinate it for 15 minutes with the following ingredients: 1 egg white, 2g salt, 1 spoon cooking wine, 30g starch, and appropriate amount of water.

Shredded carrots and green onions are ready.

Heat the oil in the pan, and when the chopsticks are put in, it will foam quickly, then add the meat.

Fry for three minutes.

Take it out and continue to heat the oil pan. The oil temperature needs to be higher than the initial oil temperature.

Fry for 30 seconds until golden brown.
