Fried and stuffed peppers
Overview
The fried and stuffed peppers go very well with rice. The peppers are grown by ourselves and are fresh and crispy.

Put the minced meat into a bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon of minced ginger, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of brandy, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch;

Stir the meat evenly in one direction;

Cut off the head and tail of the sharp pepper, cut into a tube shape with a knife, remove the seeds, break the green pepper in half, remove the seeds and remove the stem;

Stuff the meat into the peppers and dip both ends with cornstarch;

Fry in a pan over medium-low heat;

Fry until the meat is cooked and becomes tiger skin color;

Stuff the minced meat into the peppers, with the meat side down, and fry the minced meat over medium-low heat;
