Overview
This is the first time I made snowskin mooncakes this year. I made them carefully and the snowskin mooncakes were quite successful.

-
Prepare materials in advance.
-
Pour various powders into a bowl, as well as sugar, milk, salad oil, and condensed milk, and stir until there are no particles.
-
Strain it through a strainer, put it in a pot, and steam over medium heat for 25 minutes.
-
Stir the steamed ice skin evenly with chopsticks and cool.

This is the filling for the salted egg bean paste mooncakes made earlier. Take 2 egg yolk bean paste fillings. One bean paste and egg yolk filling is 30 grams. Operation method: Spray the surface of the salted egg yolk with high-strength white wine, then bake it in the oven for 5 minutes, wait until it cools, and wrap it with red bean paste.
-
Put the warm ice skin into a plastic bag and knead it into 52 grams.
-
Get some hand flour (microwaved glutinous rice flour) on your hands, flatten the ice skin, put the salted egg bean paste filling, and slowly tighten it in the tiger's mouth.
-
Press it into shape and then gently release it from the mold.

My daughter ate one of the prepared snowskin mooncakes and thought it was good.
