Stir-fried Beans with Meat
Overview
The above-ground part of mustard greens is called kohlrabi, and the underground roots are called kohlrabi. The roots pickled in salt water are called water lumps. This water lump is a kind of pickle! Cut the water knot into shreds and stir-fry with shredded pork belly and soaked soybeans. It is rich in nutrients and is a great addition to rice.
