Wash the ginger, garlic and onion and put them in the lower part of the casserole

Wash the shrimps and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

Add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Add 0.5 spoon of light soy sauce

Add 1 spoon of sugar

Marinate for 10 minutes

Arrange the marinated shrimps on top of the garlic

Sprinkle with chopped chili pepper

Add 3 tablespoons of oil and the marinated shrimp soup to the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, simmer for 2 minutes with pepper, simmer over high heat and serve
