Stir-fried Choy Sum with Sausage and Lean Meat
Overview
Originally this was just lean meat stir-fried with choy sum, but I found two leftover sausages from yesterday's barbecue in the refrigerator. Adhering to the principle of not wasting, put it in and fry it.

Blanch the cabbage sum to change its texture.

Slice the lean meat and marinate with shredded ginger, salt, oil, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine and a little soybean flour.

Add the marinated lean meat and chopped sausage, add oil and fry until fragrant.

Fry the lean meat until it is about 90% done, add the cabbage and add some salt. Just fry it a few more times and it will be ready.

Add chopped green onion and it’s ready to serve!
