Braised pork ribs with mint

Adding some mint to the meat not only removes the fishy smell, but also enhances the flavor!

Have all ingredients ready.

Clean the ribs and other ingredients, cut them and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients and fry for a while (except mint).

After sauteing the ingredients, add mint and pork ribs and stir-fry, add some white wine.

Then add an appropriate amount of water and salt, cover the pot, bring to a boil and continue to simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Simmer until the water is almost dry and add appropriate amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce.
