There are ready-made mung bean jelly in the market, wash it at home and cut it into long strips for later use

Dice the green pepper, shred the green onion, mince the garlic, wash and cut the coriander into sections, prepare the spicy hotpot seasoning bag and other seasonings

Drain the jelly and put it on a plate. Spread the green pepper evenly on top of the jelly. Then put the garlic on top of the green pepper. Pour in half a bag of spicy hotpot seasoning. Heat the oil in the pot and add the pepper until fragrant. Use a small slotted spoon to remove the peppercorns. Then pour it on top of the seasoning and garlic, and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
