Pan-fried and quick-frozen mushroom dumplings
Overview
Sometimes there are too many dumplings made and stored in the refrigerator. After being frozen for a long time, they feel less delicious when cooked. I can’t waste them, so I make fried dumplings instead and sprinkle with chopped green onion. They are very fragrant! Dumplings are great to eat in winter. The meat filling is added to the mushrooms and they are packed together to combine nutrients!
