Put the above ingredients into the washed hairtail and marinate for about 2 hours. Turn the fish over halfway and let it taste

After both sides are fried, pour the juice of the marinated fish into the pot (if the juice is less, you can add a little more water), simmer over medium-low heat for a while, when the juice is almost gone, add chicken essence, and serve (you can do it without adding chicken essence). Friends who want juice can leave some juice
