Overview
Use scissors to cut the dough into a nice shape. It can be boiled, mixed and stir-fried.

Warm water and dough should be firm. (Otherwise it will be difficult to cut).

Boil the water and start cutting the dough. Be careful not to burn it and remove some of the dough.

After cooking, take it out and put it into cold boiling water.

Filter the water.

Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, white sesame seeds, minced chili pepper, and chives. (You can add more green onions).

Heat the oil in a pot until it smokes, turn off the heat, and after a silent count of 3 times, pour the oil on the noodles.
