Watermelon toast (tangzhong)
Overview
Summer is here, it’s so hot that I don’t want to move, and the frequency of making bread has gradually decreased. The new Dongling Xiaoqing Bread Machine 4706w has cooled down the heat with its beautiful appearance. I decided to move on and make watermelon toast to cool down.

Mix the ingredients required for the soup and stir until there are no lumps.

Slowly heat the soup water and flour over low heat and stir until it becomes a paste. Let cool and set aside.

After the batter has cooled, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 1 hour. If you have time, it's better to refrigerate it overnight.

Put the liquid ingredients into the Dongling Xiaoqing Bread Machine, then put the flour into the bread machine, put the salt and sugar in the opposite corners, dig a small hole in the flour and put in the yeast, start the kneading program for 15 minutes (you can set the program directly in Ali Xiaozhi with your mobile phone)

After adding the butter, continue the dough mixing process for 30 minutes.

The requirements for toast are relatively high. Generally, it is required to be able to form a glove film. If the film cannot be produced, continue kneading the dough.

Divide the kneaded dough into 3 parts, the ratio is 3:1:1. Add red yeast powder and some crushed cranberries to the largest piece of dough, and add green juice powder to the other small piece of dough.

Place into three fresh-keeping bowls, cover with plastic wrap, and proceed to the first fermentation.

Let the dough rise until 2.5 times in size.

After deflating, roll out the dough into a cylinder, do the same for all three, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 20 minutes.

Roll out the red dough, spread some cranberries on it, and roll it up.

Roll out the white dough and wrap the red bread.

Put it into the toast box and ferment it for the second time until the toast box is 8 minutes full.

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
