Ingredients: Pork belly, fresh mushrooms, green peppers, onions, ginger, and garlic.

Slice the pork belly, shred the green pepper, wash the fresh mushrooms and remove the roots, and chop the green onions, ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly and stir-fry.

Stir out the oil from the pork belly.

Add chopped onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and continue stir-frying.

Add fresh mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add a small amount of water, cover the pot and cook for 4 minutes.
