When eating hot pot, I sometimes pack some leftover mutton rolls. They fry too little once, but they are just right for making soup

Prepare materials, shred radish

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and sauté

Pour in the shredded radish and stir-fry until the shredded radish becomes soft and transparent

Pour in appropriate amount of water, add salt and pepper powder

Cook for 5 minutes and add mutton rolls

Bring to a boil, skim off the foam and turn off the heat, add pepper and chicken powder to taste
