Mixed soybean sprouts
Overview
For a plate of fresh and nutritious side dishes, I saw short soybean sprouts in the market and bought a large coriander. The red, yellow and green colors were very attractive when paired with them.

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the soybean sprouts and blanch them in hot water.

Dice carrots and cut coriander into sections.

Also blanch the carrots in boiling water and let cool.

Put the carrots, soybean sprouts, and coriander together, add salt, sesame chili oil, a little fresh flavor, and a few drops of sesame oil and mix well.
