Single Fried Noodles
Overview
For single people, especially single and lazy people, give up pizza, give up burgers, and give up instant noodles. Make your own fast food that suits your own taste. Get high!

Beat the eggs; wash and cut the peppers into cubes; wash and cut the tomatoes into cubes; select a quarter of a medium-sized onion and cut it into cubes; chop a few green onions.

Heat oil in a pan, and when the oil is hot, add eggs to the pan. Either pan-fry or stir-fry according to personal preference, put it in a bowl and set aside. (I prefer to add some chopped green onion when scrambled eggs)

Start again and drain the oil. After the oil is hot, put the onions into the pot and fry them, then add the bell peppers and tomatoes and fry until they are cooked. Add soy sauce and a small amount, be sure to add less, and season again when adding noodles.

Change to another pot and add water. After the water boils, the noodles below are cooked. (This step can be done at the same time as the previous part. I won’t say whether you pull the noodles yourself or buy them ready-made.)

Take out the noodles, add them to the previously stir-fried vegetables, turn on the heat again and stir evenly, add salt to taste and serve. Don't forget to add the eggs.
