Salted Cream Cake: Take one bite of the salted cream cake and your mouth will be filled with cream. It is slightly salty but not greasy. Chiffon: add vegetable oil to milk, add 10g of sugar, stir to emulsify completely.

Whip egg whites and sugar until wet peaks

Mix the meringue and egg yolk paste in batches evenly.

Pour into the baking pan and smooth with a scraper.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 30 minutes

Take it out and shake it gently, flip it upside down and remove the parchment paper to cover the cake base, and let it cool at room temperature.

Salted butter: Soften butter at room temperature, add salt and beat

Pour the light cream into the milk pot, add maltose and powdered sugar, heat it slightly and pour into the egg yolk liquid,
