Apple Pumpkin Soup
Overview
One of the most common soups in Western food. I recently referred to Chef Titan’s recipe and found that adding 🍎 to pumpkin soup tastes really good😊

Prepare all the ingredients

Cut all ingredients into cubes

Heat a little oil in a pan (olive oil is best, vegetable oil is also acceptable)

Heat the oil, add onions and carrots

Stir-fry over high heat until the onions are translucent and soft

Pour 600ml hot water

After boiling, add pumpkin and sweet potato, add bay leaf, cook uncovered over medium heat for about 13 minutes

Cook until the carrots are tender, add the apples and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and cool

Let it dry until it is not hot to the touch, take out the bay leaves, pour them all into a food processor and blend until smooth (if it is too dry, add a little water). Pour back into the pot

Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, add light cream and mix well

Season with salt and pepper and turn off the heat

Take it out and garnish with whipped cream
