Wash the front and back sides of the pork belly twice with salt and cornstarch;

Put white peppercorns into the pork belly

Seal the opening of the pork belly with a toothpick;

Put the pork belly into the electric pressure cooker with water equal to the level and cook for 35 minutes

Wash the pickles and cut them into sections, soak them in water to reduce the saltiness;

After the pork belly is cooked, take it out, rinse off the white peppercorns with water, and then cut it into strips;
