After seeing the delicious food uploaded by my friends on the Internet in the past few months, I was very envious. I finally plucked up the courage to take out the home-cooked dishes that I thought were unique and share them with everyone!

Cut the goose into sections, blanch it until raw, then rinse with cold water.

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, set aside.

Pour a little oil into the pan, add the goose pieces and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine, onion, ginger, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, and stir-fry for about five minutes.

Add cinnamon, aniseed, pepper and continue to stir-fry.

After frying, add the potatoes, stir well and add salt.

Add water, just enough to cover the large goose pieces. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour. It is ready to serve when the soup is thickened.
